We do hope that you’ll be delighted with your purchase. However, if there’s a problem, you can take advantage of our 100% NO QUIBBLES returns policy. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions section below for details.

We would recommend you obtain proof of posting and a parcel tracking reference as we cannot proceed without the product or evidence of posting.

One or more of the items I have received is faulty, wrongly described or damaged, what can I do?

If the product is not performing as expected, please first check our safety & burning tips.

If an item(s) is faulty, wrongly described or damaged when you received your order, please accept our sincere apologies. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or phone us on 011 450 1614, stating your customer invoice number and reason for return. We will inform you when to send the incorrect order back to us. We will furnish you with an RTS number. Please use this RTS number in all your correspondance to us. Please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order to the address below. When returning your product, please tell us which you’d prefer from the following two options:

  • A full refund (including all postage costs). You’ll receive your refund within 7-10 working days after we have received the item
  • A replacement of the same item (depending on our stock levels)

Please note the stock returned should be in perfect resellable condition i.e. stock must be undamaged and unused.

I have received the wrong order, what should I do?

Please send all returns to the address shown below. We’ll refund the cost of sending the order back to us; you’ll receive this refund within 7-10 working days. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for any returned item. Once we receive the incorrect order back, we’ll despatch the correct order to you. Please note all stock must be in perfect resellable condition, i.e. products should be undamaged and unused.

Can I return an item if I’ve lost the delivery note?
Please add a note with your return, it should include your name, address, customer account number and your reason for returning it. Please send your return to:
