A visionary, Mike began Yankee Candle in his childhood kitchen, a humble beginning that would grow into one of the largest candle brands in the world – a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit that still animates our brand today.
Mike’s legacy continues in the work of Yankee Candle Employees who design and manufacture candles just a few towns away from where he created the company 50 years ago.
