How do I become a stockist?
Can you assist us with donations?
We get requests like this on a daily basis. However, we are have fully committed ourselves to a hand full of animal charities that we focus all our donations to, this is the only way we can make a real difference in the welfare of animals.
Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 14:00.
We will try our utmost best to ensure that the products displayed on the website are correctly updated as either in-stock or out-of-stock, however, should we receive an order to which we do not have any stock we will gladly swap the item for something of the same value.
When will I get my online order, what is the delivery timeframe?
To main centers estimated delivery is around 2 – 3 business days and for outlying areas in around 3 – 4 business days.
What payment options can I use when ordering online?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Yankee Candle as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
